  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 1/4 Tsp Orange color
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Pistachio
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 Drops Rose essence
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a bowl add gram flour, orange color, milk, salt, and water as required to make the batter.In a pan add sugar, water, cardamom powder, rose essence, and lemon juice. Mix it well and let the sugar melt and dissolve completely. Bring it boil, when syrup becomes a sticky consistency turn of the flame.In a pan pour some oil for deep frying. Let the oil heat fully.
  • Take the ladle for making boondi and pour the batter on it. Tap the ladle well so the batter falls as balls.Put all the boondi prepared into the sugar syrup and mix it well. Put the chopped pistachio along with it. Let it rest for 30 minutes.Make balls with the soaked boondi.
