  • Maida
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Green chillies
  • Garam masala
  • Chaat masala
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Corinader
  • Paneer
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Take all purpose flour. Add salt and oil to it. Mix it well. Add water bit by bit and keep mixing continuously. After it is ready, add some more oil and mix again. Now, keep aside for 15 minutes. Now take 3 eggs and add green chillies, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt and chat masala. Beat the mixture. Add finely chopped onions and finely chopped coriander leaves to the egg mixture. Mix it well. Add cottage cheese and bread crumbs. Mix it well. Now take the dough and flatten it out to make a paratha. Put the filling on it and fold it from all four sides. Apply water on the sides so that it doesn’t open. Now take some oil in a pan and fry the paratha in the oil on medium flame. Once the paratha turns golden brown, take it off the stove. Mughlai egg paratha is now ready.
