Instructions

  • In a large bowl take wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt , oil and mix everything well. Now add 1/2 cup of water and Knead it to make soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 min. For making stuffing: Heat 2 tbsp oil, add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, boiled green peas. Cook all the veggies for 3 to 4 min. Add boiled potato, grated paneer, mix all the ingredients well. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander, mix it well and again cook it for a minute. Transfer stuffing into bowl and let it cool. Knead the dough for a minute. Take some dough and make dough ball. Sprinkle some flour on rolling board, Flatten the dough ball and roll it like thick roti. Spread the prepared stuffing in the center in square manner, add cheese slice on stuffing. Fold and close all sides to form square paratha, On a hot pan add some butter and roast paratha from all sides until golden and crisp. Serve Mughlai paratha.
