- Wash and soak anardana for 5 minutes. Wash and drain coriander leaves, muli ke patte, green chillies, ginger, garlic, garlic leaves and drain excess water. Mix all the ingredients in a mixie and grind to a fine paste. Add little water if required. Once the chutney is ready add salt, chaat masala and mix well. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. If it is stored in the fridge it stays good for a week.
