  • Radish
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Thin Coconut milk
  • Turmeric powder
  • Thick coconut milk

Instructions

  • Take the whole radish, clean, and rinse it well. Cut the radish into pieces. Slice the onions and green chilies. Also, take some curry leaves and keep aside. Place the cooking pot on the stove and add the chopped radish. Also, add the onions, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix them well and switch on the flame. Now add the thin coconut milk and cook covered under medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. Take off the lid and add the thick coconut milk. Give a good stir and again cook covered under medium flame for 2 to 4 minutes. Finally, turn off the flame and add the lime juice, salt and Serve.
