  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Ajwain powder
  • Multigrain flour
  • Baking soda
  • Kasuri methi
  • Water

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Crush kasuri methi and mix in the flour.. Pour hot oil into the flour and mix the ingredients. Further add little water to knead the dough. Keep it aside for about half an hour. Then take some portion from dough and make a round disc. Then cut the disc into desired shapes. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Let them cool down. Then store in a container.
