- soak All the lentils for 5-6 hours. blend in a mixer grinder to form a smooth paste. keep it overnight to ferment.
- soak black beans/red kidney beans overnight. next day boil them till cooked. once done slightly mash them
- for the stuffing, take a pan add 1 tsp oil. Add chopped onion and tomato, cook for a minute.
- add the beans and chopped carrots, capsicum. season with salt pepper and chilli flakes
- now on a cast iron tawa or dosa tawa, pour a ladle of fermented batter. cook it on low flame. now add the stuffing mix and serve with ketchup and salsa.
