Multigrain Flour Halwa with Jaggery

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp multigrain flour
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp pure ghee
  • 1/2 glass water
  • 3 almonds
  • 3 cashewnuts

Instructions

  • Mix water, jaggery in a bowl and heat it stir occasionally. Like, form a syrup.
  • Take multigrain flour, pure ghee in a pan. Roast them with continuous stirring. Add cashews and almonds. Keep roasting till it becomes golden brown.
  • Add jaggery syrup mix well. Till required consistency. Take out multigrain flour halwa in a bowl and Garnish with dry fruits.

Notes/Tips

Enjoy it hot with garnishing it with nuts
