- Take all flour together, then add salt, hing, carom seeds and cumin seeds and mix it well then add oil to it for making a crumble texture, now make a soft dough like chapathi and give a rest for 30 mins.
- Now knead the dough once again and make a chapathi from it and cut into strips and keep aside for 15 mins then dip fry all.
- Now take mixing bowl add the strips alongwith that add fried raisins, fried almond and cashew nuts, mix seeds, masala peanuts, black salt, red chilli powder, salt, sugar powder, fennel seeds powder, plain boondi, masala boondi, sev and mix it well.
