  • Multigrain flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli paste
  • Sesame seeds
  • Onion
  • Curd
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add multigrain flour,salt,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,chopped onion,sesame seeds, corinader and mix well until everything is combined. Then pour sour curd and make a semi solid batter. Heat oil in a pan. Then take some amount and flatten it on palm. Then slowly slide in the oil and cook on both the sides and serve.
