Ingredients

  • Colourful sugar balls (for garnishing)
  • 1 Cup Refined Flour
  • 2 Spoons Semolina
  • Half Cup Refined Oil
  • Half Cup Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla Essence
  • 20 gms Multi Seeds
  • 10-12 Almonds
  • 10-12 Raisins
  • Milk As Required
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl and add oil,sugar and mix well.
  • Add in vanilla essence and mix.
  • Sieve together flour,cocoa and semolina twice.
  • Add up the dry mixture to the wet mixture, it will become crumbly.
  • Add up the milk to adjust a semi thick consistency.
  • Mix chopped almonds and raisins to the mixture.
  • Grease a baking pan of your choice and dust with flour.
  • Top it up with multiseeds(pumpkin,sunflower,melon etc).
  • Bake 30-35 mins on 180 degrees.
  • Demould after cooling and dust with some powdered sugar and colorful balls.

Notes/Tips

You can also baki this cake in a pressure cooker for 45 mins on slow flame by putting a 1 inch base of salt and put a wire rack on it as I did. It turns out awesome.
