Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jaggery 2 cup puffed rice dryfruit powder
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 2 cup puffed rice
  • 2 tablespoon crushed dryfruit nuts
  • 2 tablespoon museli optional
  • Butter as required

Instructions

  • In a pan melt the jaggery, after it melts cook for 3 to 4 minutes and then switch off the gas. Then add the puffed rice,add museli and dry nuts in the mixture and mix it well.
  • Apply butter on a base and rolling pin, put the mixture on the base and set it.
  • Apply butter on a knife and cut the flattened mixture into bars. Arrange the bars on a plate
