Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan
  • 3 cups rice flour
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbs melted butter

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients add water. Make a tight dough. With murukku maker press into hot oil in kadai. Take single hole mould for murukku. When one side is done turn. Both sides should be golden in colour. Once all murukkus are cool. Store in tight container.
