  • Rice flour
  • Chana dal flour
  • Sesame seeds
  • Carom seeds
  • Red chilli powder
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add rice flour, roasted chana dal powder, sesame seeds, carom seeds, butter, red chili powder, salt, butter, turmeric powder and mix nicely. Add little water and make slightly tight dough. Take small dumpling and place inside sev machine and press with hands in hot oil. Once it become crispy transfer into paper towel. Serve this with ketchup.
