  • Mushroom
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Salt
  • Refined Oil
  • Jeera Powder
  • white pepper powder
  • red chili powder
  • galawati masala (Mix of the Whole Spices)
  • chopped onion
  • Chopped Ginger
  • green chilli

Instructions

  • Boil the mushrooms. Then add oil to a frying pan. Add chopped onion, ginger and green chilli and sauté all ingredients. Then make a paste of mushroom along with cashew nuts, cheese, spices, mashed potatoes and mix them all together.
  • Roll them into the shape of the kabab. Use a charcoal to bring about the unique smoky flavor of the dish. Finally, shallow fry the mushroom galawati kababs.

Notes/Tips

Serve it hot with Soft flaky Parathas with Mint or pudina Chutney.
