Ingredients

  • Mushroom
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • All purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Grounded Pepper
  • Boiling water

Instructions

  • Firstly Saute finely chopped garlic and onion, till it gets golden colour in 1inch cube butter and 1tsp oil
  • Saute thinly sliced mushroom and add maida when cooked.
  • Mix it well and add pepper, salt and water. Cook for 5mins to get a thick consistency.
  • Blend it to smooth paste and serve it hot with bread sticks.
