  • mushroom sliced
  • grated coconut
  • Garlic crushed
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Cumin seeds crushed
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt
  • Mustard seeds
  • Red Chillies diced
  • Green Chillies sliced

Instructions

  • Take grated coconut add crushed garlic turmeric powder crushed cumin seeds and curry Leaves mix well.
  • Heat kadai add coconut oil then add Mustard seeds redchillies and green chillies mix well.then add mushrooms suatage well
  • Add little salt then mix well and boil 5minutes in medium flame.mushrooms are boiled add coconut mix and suatage well.heat 2minutes then stop fire.serve .

Notes/Tips

Mushrooms are very healthy and very little cooking time.mushrooms contains more water so making mushrooms dry recipes don't immerse to water .when making mushrooms recipes add little turmeric powder because mushrooms are edible fungus that's helping not any side effects or food alergy .
