- Take a bowl put flour, baking soda,butter mix well add water to make soft kneaded dough wrap it keep in refrigerator for 15mins
- Then take out take handful dough place butter greased mould give tart shape take a fork stick it then place into oven set temperature 120 degree for 5mins bake it
- Heat a pan add butter, garlic fry well then put mushroom, tomatoes pour spinach puree cook well
- Then add salt, pepper, Fresh cream once texture was like creamy then turn off pour on tart add ricotta cheese on top then bake again for 4mins
- Heat another pan add butter put cherry tomatoes, mushroom stir fry well add salt,vinegar, pepper mix well
- Take a serving plate place tart with fritters, stir fried veggies ready to serve.
- Ready to serve so tasty healthy meal
