- Take the corn flour in mixing bowl. Than add the 1/4 th cup water and mix well. Heat the pan on medium flame. Add the sugar and water. Boiled till Sugar is disollved.
- Than add the corn flour slurry and stirring continues till transparent thik jelly. Switch off the flame and add the lemon juice and vanilla essence. Cool down till room temperature and remove the Jelly in serving bowl.
- Than add the Muskmelon pieces. Mixed well and keep in the refrigerator till 1 hour.
