  • Peas
  • Wheat atta
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Sugar
  • Lemon
  • Sesame seeds
  • Corriander
  • Red chilli powder
  • Haldi
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a vessel, add wheat atta to it.
  • Boil muttar and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Once done add peas paste to wheat atta, later add ginger garlic paste, than add redchilli powder, haldi, Sugar, Lemon, and sesame seeds, oil, and knead a fine dough.
  • Take steamer add water to it, put one strainer on it and than role the wheat dough in parts and keep it in steamer & than cover lid and let it steam for 20min.
  • After 20min open lid and take small toothpick or spoon and insert it in wheat role, if it dont stick, turn of the gas. If it stick keep it again on gas for 10min.
  • Once finaly it is steam properly remove it from steamer, than cut wheat roll in small pieces.
  • Take a kadhai, add oil to it, once oil is hot add sesame seeds, than add cut wheat roll and mix it properly, cover lid for 10min. Serve hot

Notes/Tips

Donot over steam wheat roll.
