- Heat 3-4 tsp oil in a pressure Cooker and add clove, cinnamon, cardamom and black cardamom. Stir for 30 seconds till it gives a nice aroma.
- Add onions and cook till they are soft and golden brown for 8-10 minutes on low to medium flame.
- Add ginger and garlic and stir for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Now add masala mix (put 1/2 cup water and add haldi, kashmiri lal mirchi, dhania powder and jeera powder). Cook till it leaves oil.
- Add mutton pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
- Add salt to taste and cook for another 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add yogurt and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add some water and close the lid of pressure cooker. Wait for 4 whistles.
- Open the lid after the steam is released and add garam masala and coriander for garnishing.
- Serve hot with rice or rotis.
