  • Mutton
  • Oil
  • Small onion
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Curry leaves
  • Tomato
  • Chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt to add taste
  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander seeds

Instructions

  • Take a pan, drop 3 tsp of oil once oil is heated.
  • Add onion and curry leaves, saute well until onion becomes golden brown.Then add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • Add tomato, turmeric and chilli powder. Mix it well until raw smell gone.
  • Then add grind mutton sukka masala 2 tsp, add salt to taste. Saute well in medium flame for 2 minutes
  • Drop little bit of water to Cook masala well. Once masala cooked well. Add cooked mutton with remaining water.
  • Close it for 5 minutes in medium flame. Once water reduces, add pepper powder and sprinkles Coriander leaves.
  • Now mutton chukka is ready to serve. Serve hot with good combination of food to enjoy the taste of Mutton chukka
