  • Garlic
  • Kashmiri red chilli
  • Red chilli
  • Dried red chilli
  • Ginger
  • Coconut powder
  • Sesame
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Tamarind pulp

Instructions

  • Soak the chilies, in warm water for 20-30 minutes. In a mixer grinder, add soaked red chili, garlic, sesame seeds, coconut powder, ginger, tamarind pulp, salt to taste. Grind it to a smooth paste, using water as needed. Transfer the Mysore chutney into a serving bowl.
