Ingredients

  • Refined flour
  • Semolina
  • Gram flour
  • Ghee
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Pista

Instructions

  • In a bowl beat powdered sugar and ghee till whitish
  • To this add refined flour,semolina and gram flour
  • Mix all well with spatula to make batter fluffy
  • To this add pista and cardamom powder
  • Make naankhatai out of it and arrange them in greased tray
  • Bake it at 170 degree for 15 minutes

U can add any dryfruits of ur choice except raisins
