- cut onion and chilli in small pieces and add to ragi flour add jeera ,salt,corinder leaves,liittle crush paper,grated ginger add butter milk
- mix well and at the time of cooking in appe pan add eno and mix well and put little oil in pan and put mix flour and fry form both side
- fry from both side and serve with coconut chutney or souce
