- Chopped all the vegetables.
- Pineapple salsa Mix pineapple, onion, bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes.
- Gaucmole In mashed avocado add onion, tomato, capsicum, salt,lemon juice and chilli flakes. Finally drizzle the olive oil
- For nachos Mix both the flour, salt and herb. Make a dough from it and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll the thin chapati from it, use the flour for dusting if required. Cut in shape of nachos I.e. is triangle and dip fry them all in oil.
- For flavouring divide the nachos into two parts, In one add peri peri masala and another cheese & herb masala
