  • Maida
  • Soji
  • Cumin powder
  • Carom seeds
  • Coriander powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take all purpose flour, sooji, coriander powder, carom seeds, cumin powder, amchoor powder, red chilly powder, salt, butter in a bowl and mix it. Now add little buttermilk and knead like a dough. Add little oil and knead it once again. After 5 minutes of resting with the help of dusting flour roll it with a rolling pin. Now with a knife or pizza cutter cut into diamond shape or any shape of your choice. Deep fry them in hot oil. Take them out on a tissue paper when they become little golden yellow.
