Ingredients

  • 250 gms maida 2 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds) As per taste salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda As needed oil deep frying

Instructions

  • Take maida. Add milk. Add ajwain Add ghee. Add baking soda. Add salt as per your taste. Mix all the ingredients and make a hard dough
  • Now spread the dough on a rolling plate with the help of a rolling pin. Now cut into the pieces or shapes as per your choice with the help of a knife.
  • Take a pan and add some oil to it. Heat up the oil. Now put all the material into it. Fry all till golden brown.
  • Now our Snack is ready. Enjoy it with tea.
