Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/4 cup ghee/oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 tsp kalonji
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients well.Add water and knead a semi hard dough.
  • Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Roll into a thin roti.Cut into diamond shaped namakpare.
  • Fry on medium heat till golden.
  • Serve.Ideal tea time snack,enjoy with tea.🙂
