- First, peel the bananas, cut them into slices and freeze them for an hour or two.
- Once they are frozen blend them with milk and vanilla essence till it has a creamy texture.
- Then, take it out in a bowl and again freeze it until it's hard enough to be scooped out like an ice cream.
- Finally, add in your favourite toppings to it. I used crumbled chocolate cake, chocolate sauce and gems.
