  • 200 gms refined flour
  • 2 Tbsp refined oil
  • As required Water
  • 1/2 tsp carom seed(ajwain)
  • 4-5 drops red gel colour
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar powder
  • as required Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  • In a big vessel(parat) take refined flour add salt and sugar powder mix together.
  • Now divided into two part,In 1st part and red gel color,add little bit of water make a tight dough.
  • IN 2nd part add carrom seed and add water make a tight dough. Rest for 1/2 hour coverd with wet cloth.
  • Take the red part of dough divided into 3 part make 3 chapati.similarly make3 chapati of white dough.
  • Now take every chapati brush with oil and sprinkle some flour and arrange as pic showing. below cut into four part,and next four again as pic pic showing
  • Roll each part like pic show and deep fry for 10- 15 mints on slow flame.
