- In a big vessel(parat) take refined flour add salt and sugar powder mix together.
- Now divided into two part,In 1st part and red gel color,add little bit of water make a tight dough.
- IN 2nd part add carrom seed and add water make a tight dough. Rest for 1/2 hour coverd with wet cloth.
- Take the red part of dough divided into 3 part make 3 chapati.similarly make3 chapati of white dough.
- Now take every chapati brush with oil and sprinkle some flour and arrange as pic showing. below cut into four part,and next four again as pic pic showing
- Roll each part like pic show and deep fry for 10- 15 mints on slow flame.
