  • Cooked rice
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilli
  • Green chillies
  • Corinader
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Peanuts
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,cumin, mustard,urad dal,chana dal,peanuts and saute well. Then add green chillies,red chilli and saute. Followed by curry leaves, corinader,salt and turmeric mix well. Squeeze lemon. Turn off the flame and add cooked rice and mix well and serve.
