Street food captures everybody’s heart ! No age limits ! From a toddler to an old man most of them have a liking towards street foods. Every city have their own famous street foods. Back home, there is one, which I still visit without fail whenever I visit my mum ! There are few Chaat recipes which are unusual and is confined to the city giving less chance of its exposure. I am grabbing the opportunity to introduce this street Chaat which is one of my favorite as well.

Rajasthani Makki ka dhokla is a spongy and savoury steamed cake recipe.This healthy dish is a bliss to have on cold days. The dhokla is served as a whole, but you can cut them into pieces.In Rajsthan, it is usually eaten with Urad Dal or Panchmel Dal, Buttermilk,Rajasthani Kadhi.You can also serve it as a snack with Green Chutney or Lahsun Ki Chutney.
