- In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix, add the oil and nut butter and combine. The sunflower and pumpkin seeds I used are already mixed and sweetened. If you are using plain seeds then add 1/4 cup honey.
- Line a tray with greaseproof paper, add the mixture onto the tray and pat into a square/rectangle shape.
- Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle over the mixture.
- Pop into the fridge or freezer overnight until set.
- Cut into bars or desired shape. These bars have a crumbly texture and are best kept in the fridge.
