Ingredients

  • Mixed seeds sunflower & pumpkin
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Flaked almonds
  • Chia seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Coconut oil
  • Cranberries
  • Oats

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix, add the oil and nut butter and combine. The sunflower and pumpkin seeds I used are already mixed and sweetened. If you are using plain seeds then add 1/4 cup honey.
  • Line a tray with greaseproof paper, add the mixture onto the tray and pat into a square/rectangle shape.
  • Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle over the mixture.
  • Pop into the fridge or freezer overnight until set.
  • Cut into bars or desired shape. These bars have a crumbly texture and are best kept in the fridge.

Notes/Tips

These bars are a great snack, crunchy and full of texture and flavour and no baking involved.
