  • Whole milk
  • Dates
  • Milk powder
  • Cardamom pwdr
  • Chopped nuts.. Walnut, almond, cashew, pistachios,
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Wash , Peel And Grate Beetroot. In A Blender Add The Milk And Dates And Blend Till The Dates Mix Well Into The Milk. In a non stick pan take ghee and heat... add the grated beets and cook for around 5 mins.
  • Add the milk and date mix into the pan. Cover and cook till beets soften and the milk evaporates. Open the lid and cook till no liquid is left. Add the mixed nuts and cardamom powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and add the milk powder and mix well till it is well incorporated. Serve hot or cold and garnish with more nuts. Enjoy this very easy sugar guilt free healthy sweets any time u want..
