Ingredients

  • Organic maida
  • eggs
  • Butter
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Youghurt
  • Vanila essence
  • Sugar
  • Lots of love

Instructions

  • Mix sugar egg and melted butter until its frothy.
  • Another bowl ad dry ingredients like maida cinnamon baking powder baking soda
  • Mix both the dry and wet ingredients with yoghurt according to ribbon flow consistancy
  • Preheat the oven 180 degree for 15 mins
  • Pour the content in the donnut baking tray and bake it for 15 mins
  • Please check by poking a tooth pick .if it comes out clean it's ready.
  • If available top it up with melted white and dark chocolates while it's hot as it absorbs the flavour.
  • Then ones its dry u can again dip it in melted butter for glazed finish (this is optional )
  • If u don't have melted compound chocolate then u can simply dip the hot donnuts in melted butter and then dip in powdered sugar

Notes/Tips

Always dip the donuts while they are hot and glaze the topping with melted butter when is cooled completely. U can use colorful gems for topping too on chocolate kids love them
