- Take fresh cottage cheese in a plate , and mashed the cottage cheese in your palm . When the cottage cheese become smooth trasfer it into a pan .
- Saute the Cheena for sometime then add nolen gur and mix gently ,keep on stiring, because after adding the Jaggery the chenna become very soft and watery
- Keep on stiring it absorbs the moisture and become dry . Then transfer the chenna into a plate .
- Now ,use sandesh mould to give shape to the sandesh ,u can give sankh ,flower shape , any shape u want . The traditional Gurer sandesh is ready
