Ingredients

  • 250 gm. Noodles
  • 2 eggs(scrumbled)
  • 1 carrot,10 french beans, 2 onions,4 green chillie
  • (All veggies cut in small pieces)
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Pepper powder
  • 2 tbs. Munchurian Veg. powder

Instructions

  • Boil noodles for 5 minutes in medium to low flame. Then strain it & keep aside.Heat oil in kadai & fry eggs. Keep aside. Then add chopped garlic & carrot in oil. Fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add french beans, green chillies & capsicum. Add salt & pepper powder, then fry it well.
  • Then add boiled noodles,salt & sugar.Fry it for 5 minutes in low flame. Then add ching veg. manchurian powder on it & fry it for 1 minutes. Now serve it hot with any gravy chicken items.
