  • 1 bowl cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup fresh curd
  • 1 tbsp mustard seed
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 pinch Salt as per taste hing
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients
  • Heat Kadhai add 1 tablespoon of ghee after heating add curry leaves mustard seeds and green chilli.
  • Now add rice, Mix it well. Now add curd and salt. Cook for two minutes
  • Ready to enjoy
