  • 100 gm . Nutrela soya chunk
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • leaves Coriander

Instructions

  • Nutrela soya chunks ko hot water me soak karenge for 15 minutes
  • Then squeeze the soya chunks and grind it. Jitna small grind karna chahe utna hi karein.
  • Then heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and saute it till golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute it. Add salt, red chilli powder and saute it. Jab tak tomato soft na ho jaye.
  • Add grind soya chunks. And fry it for some time.
  • Finally add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  • Serve it with roti or lachcha paratha.
