- Take water in a tumbler with pinch of salt. As it starts boiling, put cabbage leaves in it and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Keep aside.
- . Take paneer in a bowl and mash it. Add chopped onion, carrot, cucumber and capsicum in it. Put salt, chilli flakes, oregano and cheese spread
- Mix well and place 1 tbsp of this mixture inside cabbage leaves. Roll the leaves and pack the stuffing evenly.
- Hot the greased grill pan and place rolls carefully. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame till it turn golden. Serve with chutney.
