- To make Chocolate Shell, you’ll require: Chocolate: Milk, dark, or semi-sweet. Coconut oil Smooth peanut butter Salted peanuts To make these popsicles, start by whisking together the peanut butter, yoghurt, milk, and honey until smooth and combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly into 6 popsicle moulds. Freeze for 2 hours before inserting wooden popsicle sticks into the centres Freeze for a further 4 hours or overnight.
- To make the chocolate topping, microwave the chocolate and coconut oil together until melted, or else you can also melt the chocolate by double boiler method, stirring every 20 seconds. Stir in the peanut butter. Allow to cool for 5 – 10 minutes.
- When ready to serve, run the popsicle moulds under warm water to remove easily.
- Dip each popsicle in the chocolate, or drizzle on top. Sprinkle with the chopped salted peanuts, and serve immediately.
