- Dry roast oats for 4/5 minutes and take out in plate. Take oil in pan add cashews fry till golden colour and take out in plate
- Then add mustard seeds and let it splutter add curry leaves capsicum and carrot satute for 3 minutes.. now add roasted oats and mix well s
- Add water and all masalas mix well till water absorbs and add ghee mix well.. Now healthy upma is ready within few minutes garnish with cashews and it's ready to serve
