  • Skim Milk
  • Chia Seeds
  • Rolled Oats
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Honey

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the milk, chia seeds, oats, honey, cinnamon and vanilla until very well combined. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator until the liquid is absorbed. Serve topped with sliced banana and strawberries.
