- In a bowl, add some rolled and grinded oats, grated beetroot, ginger paste, salt, red chilli, green chilli, a pinch of hing, amchur powder, garam masala, roasted jeera powder
- Mix them properly and use some besan and water for binding, if required
- Make small tikkis with prepared dough and bake them on non stick pan with some ghee
- Now place tikkis on a plate, spread yogurt, imli chutney, green chutney, sliced green chilli and pomegranate for garnish
