Ingredients

  • 1,1/2cup rolled oats
  • 1,1/2cup jaggery
  • 2spoon chopped almonds
  • 2spoon chopped cashews
  • 2spoon sesame seeds
  • 2spoon mix seeds
  • 2spoon dried cranberries
  • 1spoon chopped dried apricot
  • 1spoon butter scotch essence
  • 3spoon ghee
  • 2spoon coconut powder

Instructions

  • Dry roast oats,almonds,cashews,sesame seeds,mix seeds.
  • Add a spoon ghee add jagarry melt it add essence and roasted ingredients, apricot, cranberries mix it well.
  • Now remove on greased sheet spread it sprinkle coconut powder and make cut marks, after a while separate pieces
  • Oats dry fruits chikki is ready
