Ingredients

  • Oats 4cup
  • grated jaggery 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 200 gm
  • Cashew 100 gm

Instructions

  • Dry roast oats into golden colour. Grind it into fine powder
  • Sieve the oats powder. Fry the cashew in ghee
  • Add the oats powder,powder sugar, cardamom powder and cashew.
  • Mix well. Add hot ghee and mix. Make small laddus.
