Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup makhana
  • 4-5 raisins
  • 4-5 chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 4-5 tsp sugar
  • 2 glass milk

Instructions

  • Heat a ghee in a kadhai,Firstly add chopped almonds and raisins,roast for a while
  • Add makhanas and oats, roast for a while....
  • Add milk let it boil...then add sugar.....turn the gas on low flame
  • When bubbles comes up or the kheer slightly thick... It's ready
