Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • Capsicum
  • Salt
  • Green chili
  • Ginger
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • Tomato

Instructions

  • Take a bowl. Add Water, Salt, Carrot, Beans, Ginger, Capsicum, Tomato in it. Give a boil. Add Olive oil in it and give a boil again. When vegetables are fully cooked add Oats and give a boil for atleast 2-3 minutes. Serve with fruits. I use Banana & Apple

Notes/Tips

1. You can use Onion also if you want. 2. You can use a little butter on it when serving. It enhances the taste.
