Ingredients

  • 1cup Oats
  • 1cupJaggery
  • 3/4cup mixed nuts
  • Almonds, cashews, pistachios, Raisins, walnuts

Instructions

  • Dry roast all the dry fruits n keep it aside .
  • Dry roast oats and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan and heat it.
  • Add 2 tp ghee n add 1 cup jaggery to that Stirr continuously until jaggery melts
  • Now add all the roasted ingredients to that jaggery and mix well and off the stove .
  • Now let it cool for few seconds notcompletely . Now you can make as per your wish either in the form of balls r chikki type.
  • If we are doing balls to make them attractive for kids prepare as lollipops šŸ˜ƒ

Notes/Tips

Dnt cool-down the mixture completely .
